We Defend Doctors

Our team of experienced healthcare attorneys, staff, and consultants has been representing physicians and physician practices for years. We assist our physician clients with government investigations, litigation (including qui tam whistleblower lawsuits), audit defense and appeals, cybersecurity incident response, licensing and credentialing disputes, hospital peer review, and medical board investigations.

We truly understand the complexities of healthcare, and we work tirelessly to ensure that our physician clients can focus on what matters most: patient care.

Prior to joining the firm, Lauren Warner practiced at two of the largest law firms in the country. She now represents physicians and physician practices in connection with civil litigation - including business and employment disputes, breach of contract matters, and whistleblower litigation.

Lauren's reputation as a skilled and strategic litigator not only serves her clients effectively in the courtroom but also often leads to favorable resolutions without the need for prolonged litigation, keeping her physician clients out of the courtroom and in the exam room.
